Welcome to my little corner of the world! Here we enjoy the romanticized moments, our homes are cultivated with a tale to tell, and there is so much joy woven into every venture. I’ve always been a dreamer & a creator. From a young age I knew making beautiful things was the path for me. My means for expressing that beauty has led me all over the world and allowed me to flourish as a multidisciplinary artist. I’ve been fortunate to be able to create so many wonderful moments in my life; working in the design world as a shoemaker and leather artisan, teaching across the nation, and thriving as an interior decorator and stylist. As I’ve pursued my life of artistic endeavors, there has been one thing that has remained the same- how I’ve lived: with integrity, a deep passion for exploring my creativity, and the pursuit of crafting inspiration for everyday living. I continue to feed my passions through my farm, with my husband Chris, our three dogs, two cats, chickens, and horses. Our life is busy yet ever so enjoyable! Wherever life flows, you can count on me to share the pieces I make, the recipes I create, and the spaces I decorate. Welcome home!
ELEVATED INTERIORS
I have always enjoyed decorating my own spaces. Some of my earliest memories are of my Mother sharing different fabrics with me, teaching me what a quality woven fabric felt like, and learning how those different textures and patterns played off of each other in a space. I remember how a place made me feel; how colors and textures complimented by the sweet smell of my Father’s fresh baked bread, and the warmth of the room’s lighting, left a wonderfully cozy imprint on my soul. I learned that luxury didn’t mean new, expensive, and trendy. Luxury existed in the little moments; ones cherished with friends and family, and in the familiarity of the everyday. To me, those moments are brought to life with pieces that have history. Nostalgia plays such an important role in how I create, and how I decorate. A home is created with heart at the center of it all and that’s always my goal. I want each space to feel like the pieces have always belonged. Antiques and vintage, those everyday heirlooms, those are at the center of my designs because those are the pieces that are worn in and worn in with love. I believe good design is meant to be felt and experienced. I want you to feel the heart in the space, and to be welcomed in with the story it has to tell, surrounded by pieces you’ll enjoy for years to come.

Found objects, artisan made pieces, antiques- I love them all! I believe they breathe life into a space and create a sense of uniqueness that cannot be replicated. I love pieces that stand the test of time. It’s alluring to think, after 100 years, it still captivates. I love imagining the lives each piece has lived, who owned it, where it’s been. I love the quality and craftsmanship. I love seeing the life it leads now, the interactions a piece can have with a space and their observers. I’m enamored with the subtle nuances in every home, the nostalgic pieces that pull at the heart strings and make each space feel that much more loved. My hope is to create spaces of splendor for people, surrounded by pieces they love.

Living well begins in the home, but it doesn’t stop there! Cultivating a life filled with passion is so important to me. Outside of styling, you can find me in our garden, taking care of the farm, frequenting flea markets and everything in between. Conscious living is at the core of who I am; it extends beyond well-curated interiors to encompass purposeful homes, habits that spark joy, and a pursuit of greater contentment in everyday life. I believe that every day can feel BDR, “better,” together! We can elevate the ordinary and truly live; live here, live now, and live well. Through every curated piece and thoughtful endeavor, I strive to empower individuals to design a BDR life enveloped in meaning, appreciation, and fulfillment.
